Greetings from Salisbury, MD. My adventures and travels have been many since WRHS graduation in 1963. I spent time at Mesa College in Grand Junction and the University of Colorado in Boulder immediately after graduation. I then married a career Navy electronic technician (ETCS). My children are Brenda, now in Michigan, and Bill, now in Florida. My name is “Gramma B” to my three beautiful granddaughters. I got my Bachelor of Science in nursing while in San Diego. I have worked in long term care, family care, fragile children, education, and correctional nursing. I decided to have some fun and got an EMT certificate along the way. My husband died in 2003.

I am currently with another retired Navy person. Art is happy in his military retirement working as a computer consultant for the Navy. I still work occasional per diem shifts in nursing. Our semi-retirement is busy keeping each other happy, traveling, and playing golf at our retirement home in The Villages, Florida. My fun times include involvement in Alpha Chi Omega collegiate sorority, Beta Sigma Phi international sorority, and Women Supporting Women Breast Cancer Awareness.

I have been blessed with life experiences that make me very happy today. Life is about choices and what we make of them. I am pleased with myself.
